Group Supervision
At Beem, we offer two unique types of group supervision: General Group Supervision and Topic-Based Group Supervision.
General Group Supervision offers a supportive, small-group environment where practitioners can present a case, topic, or ethical concern they’d like to explore. Each practitioner is given dedicated time to present their chosen topic and engage in a collaborative conversation with the group.
Topic-Based Group Supervision features a structured educational component focused on a specific topic, followed by a group discussion that allows practitioners to connect with peers and gain practical insights. At the end of each session, participants will receive a certificate of attendance. Check out this year's themes and topics below.

NDIS PBS CAPABILITY FRAMEWORK: These sessions will guide you through the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Capability Framework, breaking down its key domains and competencies with a focus of how to incorporate them into your daily practice.
