Group supervision for Behaviour Practitioners

At Beem, we offer two unique types of group supervision

General Group Supervision

General Group Supervision provides a supportive, small-group environment where practitioners can present a case, topic, or ethical concern they’d like to explore. Each practitioner is given dedicated time to present their chosen topic and engage in a collaborative conversation with the group.

Topic-Based Group Supervision

Topic-Based Group Supervision features a structured educational component focused on a specific topic, followed by a group discussion that allows practitioners to connect with peers and gain practical insights. At the end of each session, participants receive a certificate of attendance. Check out this year's themes below.

27/02/2025 - Measurement

This session will focus on identifying the measurable dimensions of behaviour, creating data systems to obtain representative data and selecting a data display that communicates relevant quantitive relations.

03/04/2026 - Mastering Reinforcement

This session will focus on understanding reinforcement, identifying schedules of reinforcement and linking this back to your practice within the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) space.

By the end of this session, you will be able to easily identify reinforcement in your practice!

08/05/2026 - 4Ps Formulation

This session will focus on understanding Predisposing, Precipitating, Perpetuating, and Protective factors and how to apply this framework to analyse cases effectively within your practice.

By the end of this session, you will be able to confidently identify and link the 4P’s factors to real-life cases, enhancing your assessment and intervention planning!
